SHERWOOD FOREST POLICIES
At Sherwood Forest our main goal is to accompany you and your guest's. Please review our policies below and contact us with any questions.
There will be no room charge for any event that is catered. For special arrangements a set-up charge will be specified by the coordinator. Additional charges are applied if the event is below the minimal guarantee.
The menu needs to be confirmed 14 days prior to the event at which time final payment is due. Additional guests will be accepted up to 24 hours in advance. You will be charged for the final guaranteed guests, plus any additional guests, per our count.
The hours for the event will be determined upon the size and type of the event. Events over 6 hours are subject to $125 fee per half hour.
A security deposit of $1000 is required to hold the Ballroom or the Chapel and will be applied to any costs that are incurred once the event is concluded. Any remaining security deposit will be refunded within 48 hours after the event.

Security is required for all events serving alcohol. Arrangements will be made by The Sherwood Forest Event Center with the Valley View Police Department. This expense will be paid by The Sherwood Forest Event Center.
White tablecloths with white or color coordinated linen napkins are included. Skirting is on all serving tables. We provide full china, glassware and flatware service.
All food is prepared on premises by Casa D’Angelo Ristorante. We use only the finest and freshest ingredients. You may have remaining food packaged to take home.
The Sherwood Forest Event Center will use their own discretion for the number of guests per table. Changes may result in an additional charge.
The Chapel is available for Wedding Services at an additional charge per person. The Chapel is also available for parties up to 100 people.
